Madonna’s comments come after David’s 32 year old father Yohane, who had originally welcomed the adoption said “Nobody told me that adoption means David will no longer be my son but hers.”

Despite this, he told Time magazine on Tuesday that he does not plan to challenge the adoption, because that would be “killing David’s future”.

A TV crew who reportedly trespassed on Brad Pitt’s Hollywood home have been fired.

It has been claimed a camera operator and a producer for E! entertainment news unchained a gate at the back of the property last Thursday 19.10.06 before entering and filming the house. They ran off after being challenged by workmen.

A statement from the US TV channel confirmed the pair’s employment has been “terminated”, adding: “E! Networks did not instruct or authorize anyone working on its program to improperly intrude onto private property, and the individuals involved have been terminated.”
