Smith was served with court papers Monday in the Bahamas. What remains to be seen is if Birkhead has the right to extradite the little girl from the Bahamas, since she still not an American citizen. Children of US citizens are entitled to the American citizenship, but it must be applied for. I bet that with Anna Nicole being so busy with her son’s death, taking care of her newborn and her vow exchanging ceremony with her attorney/boyfriend, she has not set foot in the US consulate in Nassau. |
