Itty-bitty rocker Avril Lavigne has no sympathy for Britney Spears. Apparently Avril was emotionally scarred when she was a small child and her mom made her watch Britney to get performance pointers. Avril must have been the only girl in the audience wearing a skull shirt and aiming a pellet gun when Brits sang “Hit me Baby.” Anyway, Avril had this to say about Britney’s very public meldown: From Starpulse: “What’s happened to Britney is all down to who she is as a person. If you want a piece of this business you have to be able to deal with it. You can’t complain about the pressures, the paparazzi, the madness because that’s the job.” So I’m guessing Avril won’t be on Britney’s Christmas card list this year. But that’s probably for the best. We wouldn’t want Avril to have to relive that early concert trauma. |
