Buckle up kiddies, its going to be a bumpy ride. Kevin Federline is going to custody war with baby mama and ex-wife Britney Spears. Fed-Ex filed court papers yesterday that reportedly demand more custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James. Right now he and Brit have a 50/50 custody split, but it looks like K-Fed has finally had enough of Britney taking the boys on the crazy train. The court docs are sealed but I’m guessing they include big legal words like “whore, public nudity, crazy and doesn’t remember where she put the kids.” Pics K-Fed should use as evidence. |

Britney might be unstable but….HELLOOOOOO… Kevin should not see any children….these 2 are not his only children. Ask his first wife ….. and her 2 kids…..and while she was pregnant with their second child …where was Kevin-”the best dad”……
I think Britney should get help and get sole custody of the kids.

I think that neither of the them should get custody. The children should be placed in the care of a family member until the two of them can prove that they would be fit parents. Then once that happens, they can return to whichever parent a Judge decides is fit to keep them.
Britney and K. Fed are still children themselves just because they have children does not mean they are fit to keep them.

I don’t know if Kevin is the better parent, but it seems like he has a more stable family and social circle compared to Britney’s. The kids should go to Kevin; too many “Yes” people around Britney will continue to endanger the children.

We don’t know anything about britney.. only pictures and people who actually earn money pointing out only the bad stuff. Kevin is not going to expose the kids to the media? that’s a giving.. nobody cares what he does. I agree with the first comenter, people seem to forget he’s the one who abandom his kid and pregnant girlfriend. The kids should stay with Britney, and move to a more quite and sane atmosphere.

neither!!! they’re both incapable of taking care of a child. Send the kids to family members or foster family until they can show that they can be more responsible.

some days i think britt, but then some days i think kevin. If i would have to pick one i would go with britt because shes the one with the money.
