Oh, it’s on now. Britney Spears may have been hoping that Kevin Federline’s latest “gimme back my kids” court filing was just a game, but he just upped the ante. K-Fed’s mega-lawyer just served Britney’s cousin/assistant/eye witness to every stupid thing the pop tart does, Alli Sims with deposition papers. Yep, Brit’s party pal is going to have to testify. And there is no way that’s going to be a good thing for Britney. Alli was reportedly served at 3am leaving a house party in the Hollywood Hills.
