Anna Nicole Smith may be homeless in the Bahamas. It seems the train wreck model and new mom is facing eviction from the Bahamas home she has been staying in with boyfriend Howard K. Stern and daughter Dannielynn.

Apparently, the owner of the million dollar property was expecting Anna to…you know…pay rent. Anna claims the house was a gift from her former boyfriend.

Anna Nicole Smith is running out of places to call home, sweet home.
The embattled TrimSpa spokesmodel has been ordered to vacate the Bahamas mansion she’s been residing in since September after failing to respond to eviction papers filed by the home’s rightful owner.

The housing brouhaha kicked off last month when Thompson, a South Carolina real estate developer and former Smith boyfriend, disputed that his generosity included a million-dollar mortgage, and claimed that his onetime paramour was woefully in arrears on the property and as such was “unlawfully occupying” his tropical estate.

I don’t doubt that in the fog that is her life, Anna probably believes that some guy she dated and dumped would actually give her a house. Most guys would only let you keep a sweater or a CD, but hey…who am I to judge? Anna also says her 300 year old husband left her millions of dollars for 30 seconds of marriage. Maybe she is that good.

For those of you who cringe at the thought of Anna Nicole Smith raising children, I have some frightening news. There is a possibility that the former stripper turned model turned gold-digger turned fat reality tv star turned freakishly drugged out TrimSpa poster girl may be pregnant again.

A segment aired on “Entertainment Tonight” Wednesday showed the 39-year-old ex-Playboy playmate getting her hair done before an interview. Turning to the cameras, Smith said, “I think I might be pregnant again.” She added, “I’m not ready. (But) Howard wants to have another baby, he wants to have a little boy.” Smith was referring to Howard K. Stern, her partner and father of her three-month-old daughter Dannielyn. A few minutes later, she realized that she may have said a little bit too much. “I feel we should change the subject,” she said, giggling.

Therapy. That’s all I can say, lots and lots of therapy for these kids.

Anna Nicole Smith has been accused of dying her baby girl’s hair black. The reason? Certainly not to make her look more "Bahamian", but to maker her look more "Stern-ish".

Since Howard K. Stern has black hair, and Larry Birkhead has blonde locks, Anna Nicole, in an attempt to contest the rumors that the little girl belongs to Birkhead, is trying to make her more similar to the supposed-to-be-father.

And I thought she had lost all her originality. I gotta give it to her… she is a genius! Although she may have forgotten that blood DNA tests do not go by hair color… but you know how geniuses are, always forgetting stuff!

Anna Nicole Smith has pneumonia, and has been hospitalized in the same medical center where her baby girl was born and her son died. I would stay away from that place… it doesn’t seem to have a good karma.

Anyway, her attorney said today: "She has a slight case of pneumonia. We’ve had a sudden change of weather here due to a cold snap. I didn’t gather it was anything serious."

Anna Nicole Smith’s tribulations seem to be endless. Now she is not only being sued by her ex-boyfriend Birkhead a second time, but her newly acquired Bahamian citizenship is being challenged since she doesn’t actually own the house she lives in, in that country (which is an unavoidable requirement). The worst part is that, having recently buried her son in the Caribbean nation, she may have to exhume his body and carry him back to the United States if she is forced to return here.

I have the solution to her troubles, at least the financial ones: write a book about all her soap-opera-style problems! Even though I’m sure she can’t write to save her life, I would buy it… nothing like getting the inner details from the source itself, don’t you think?

Anna Nicole Smith is being sued for a second time by photographer Larry Birkhead, who is now accusing her of fraud and conspiracy. Birkhead filed a paternity suit on Oct. 2, his lawyer, Debra Opri, shared copies of legal papers filed on Birkhead’s behalf earlier that day in a Bahamas court.

The papers allege that Smith and her lawyer and fiance, Howard K. Stern, conspired to misrepresent Stern as the father of Smith’s six week old daughter, Dannielynn Hope, and committed libel and slander by denying Birkhead is the father.

Birkhead is already seeking a court order to demand that Smith bring Dannielynn to California for a DNA test that would determine her paternity. The next hearing in that case will be on Monday.

An attorney for Anna Nicole Smith said Friday Anna has no intention of submitting her six-week-old daughter for paternity testing as demanded by an ex-boyfriend. A lawsuit filed by photographer Larry Birkhead seeks a court order for Smith to bring the girl to California for a DNA test. A birth certificate lists her current companion, Howard K. Stern, as the father of Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern.

A hearing on Birkhead’s lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court has been scheduled for Oct. 26. If he is confirmed to be the father, he could receive visitation or custody rights and possibly a large amount of child support.

Anna Nicole Smith’s son, 20 year old Daniel Smith was to be buried today in the Bahamas, more than a month after he passed away, according to ET.

But, wasn’t his body just shipped to the United States? What’s going on here? Poor kid, he dies, gets two autopsies, his mother gets engaged right afterwards showing no respect for his memory, and now his body is shipped back and forth between the two countries?

There is a lot of people pissed off at Anna Nicole Smith, and this time it is not due to the weird things she has done (surprisingly!). In this occasion, the issue at hand is her Bahamian citizenship being processed at supersonic speed.

Some sources report that Anna Nicole’s citizenship was processed in just three weeks thanks to a $10,000 bribe that she gave the Bahamian Immigration minister. But this has been refuted by the alleged bribed official, saying:

"Now granted this one was done very quickly," he told The Bahama Journal. "We did our research. It’s not the first time." He cited the case of a wealthy Czech financier from 1995, whose application was processed in just over two months.

Two more men have surfaced to claim paternity of Anna Nicole Smith’s newborn baby. Another man claims he was asked to get Anna Nicole pregnant. At this rate the poor little girl will end up as confused about who her real daddy is that she may grow up all screwed up and traumatized.

Actually, even knowing who her dad is won’t help… just having Anna Nicole’s genes in her will cause that.

Anna Nicole Smith’s newborn daughter has filed a lawsuit demanding the former Playmate and here baby girl return to California to be subjected to a paternity testing.

Smith was served with court papers Monday in the Bahamas. What remains to be seen is if Birkhead has the right to extradite the little girl from the Bahamas, since she still not an American citizen. Children of US citizens are entitled to the American citizenship, but it must be applied for. I bet that with Anna Nicole being so busy with her son’s death, taking care of her newborn and her vow exchanging ceremony with her attorney/boyfriend, she has not set foot in the US consulate in Nassau.

The results of the toxicology tests are back, and they show that Daniel Smith died from a lethal mixture of medications. According to pathologist Cyril Wecht, Daniel’s death was caused by the combination of methadone, Zoloft and Lexapro.

I keep saying it, doctors in the United States for the most part don’t know their asses from a hole in the ground, and here they are prescribing two anti-depressants that together form a deadly formula… genius, docs, simply genius!

The drama around Anna Nicole Smith continues, as Larry Birkhead insists that Miss Smith’s attorney’s claims that he is the father of her newborn daughter are "laughable".

Birkhead stated last night "I have asked for a DNA test and I welcome it." He also stated “I am in good spirits this morning because I know I am the father of the child," he says. "I look forward to having a relationship with my new daughter.”

He sounds like a total asshat. No wonder she won’t admit he is the dad. Also, that last name… geez, I wouldn’t give it to my daughter either!

I wonder how many other guys will come forward and admit to being the father of Anna Nicole Smith’s new baby girl. So far two men have done it: her attorney, Howard K. Stern, and paparazzi photographer Larry Birkhead. By the way, Mr. Stern said to the press yesterday:

"We love each other and it’s been going on for a very long time and because of my relationship as her lawyer, we felt it was best to keep everything hidden. And we’ve done a pretty good job of that."

Yes, they kept it well hidden… but not as well as she apparently kept her romance with Birkhead from Stern. I gotta tell you, Anna Nicole is quite a smart girl, being a natural blonde and all.

Daniel Smith, Ana Nicole Smith’s son has been issued a death certificate so he can be buried, despite the fact that the actual cause of his death is still unknown. Said cause is expected to be uncovered once the toxicology reports come in, which could take up to two weeks.

"It is not unusual in instances where the cause of death cannot be determined to issue a death certificate," a Bahamian officer told The Associated Press. "This is not a matter of special treatment being given in this particular case."

A second authopsy performed on the body of Anna Nicole Smith’s son has not shed any further light regarding the cause of his death.

Forensic pathologist Cyril Wecht said Daniel Smith’s organs seemed to be in good condition, and that both autopsies have ruled out several natural causes and that the results of the drug and chemical analyses could take weeks. Investigators have said they did not find evidence of drugs in the room or obvious signs of a crime.

Although toxicology reports are not in yet and may take several weeks before they arrive, he also said that it doesn’t seem like the 20 year old youngster died from an overdose of the depression medication he was on. Wecht also reported that Daniel was being treated for depression that began about four to six weeks earlier, but he did not know for sure whether the medication played any role in his death.

US Today reports today that Anna Nicole Smith has requested that a second autopsy be performed on her son Daniel, 20, who passed away unexpectedly on September 10.

Although the Bahamian authorities believe they already know the cause of Daniel’s death, they are awaiting the results of a toxicology screening before they make it public.

Apparently they revealed what those results were to Smith, and she is not satisfied with the reports, so she’s flying her own pathologist today from the US.

The Bahamian coroner that performed the autopsy earlier this week has authorized the former reality star to bring in a private pathologist for a second opinion.

"It’s nothing unusual for families to want their own pathologist to confirm or look for something that may have been overlooked," head coroner Linda Virgill told the Associated Press.
