Hey, there’s another custody fight in Celebrity Land. Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston are still going to legal blows over who gets to keep their 14 year old daughter Bobbi Kristina.

Bobby says: “I did all I could to see my daughter … I also paid approximately $10,000 for Whitney and Bobbi Kris to live in a nice hotel while Whitney was going through rehab … I basically lived out of my car.”

And Whitney says: “Bobby is going to try to get child or spousal support from me … Bobby is fully capable of working and earning substantial sums of money if he would control [his] personal behavior.”

So the decision is between an ex (we think) addict or a homeless former famous guy. I’m waiting for the judge to ask the kid who she wants to live with and she says “Britney Spears.” Can you blame her?

Bobby Brown is taking ex-wife Whitney Houston to court. And it isn’t even about money…yet. Bad boy Bobby says he wants custody of their daughter Bobbi Kristina.

In court documents filed in Orange County [last week], Brown explains that he was just too screwed up after the breakup to properly handle a custody battle. “After Whitney and I separated, I had nowhere to go and very little money to live on. I was, for all intents and purposes, homeless.” That’s why he failed to respond to Whitney’s petition for custody in time, and why she was ultimately deemed the primary parent.

So his big arguement for why he should get custody of their child is that he was mentally unstable and homeless. Interesting strategy. I think I’ll make this number 1 on my “no way in hell” list.

Bobby Brown has been sprung from his most recent stay in jail. The former singer and current waste of space was arrested in Massachusettes and locked up for failing to pay child support. He spent three days behind bars until a DC radio stattion offered to pay the $19,150 he owed in exchange for a week of work at the station.

Hot 99.5 DJ Kane said:

We will have security, transportation, accommodations and everything to make Bobby feel like the star that he is. He accepted! “We are really doing it for his children, we sympathize with Bobby and hope that this will give him a head start and will put him back on track”, said Kane.

So this radio station bought Bobby Brown for $19,000. I don’t know, I think they got screwed….its not like he’s bringing Whitney with him. Bobby may have been worth something a few years ago, but this guy manages to destroy everything he touches. They basically spent their petty cash on a junkie, ex-con who lsorta ooks like someone famous. Now if they had waited a few more months they probably could have gotten good deal on Nicole Richie.

An arrest warrant has been issued for singer Bobby Brown after he did not show up at a hearing for child support regarding his two children. Surprisingly, the demanding party in the lawsuit is not pissed off wife Whitney Houston, who filed for divorce just a few weeks ago right after Bobby’s affair with "Supahead" was made public. Instead, the person demanding payment of more than $11,000 is Kim Ward, the mother of two of Bobby Brown’s children.

If you think that 11K is a lot of money in child support, you’ll simpathize with Bobby after you find out that this amount is for just two months of payments.
