Aging rock star and lover of Hollywood hotties Richie Sambora is back in rehab. The Bon Jovi guitarist has reportedly checked into the Cirque Lodge rehab center in Utah.

This is the second time this year Sambora’s been to rehab. This past June, after the traumatic break-up of his marriage to Heather Locklear and his split from girlfriend Denise Richards, Sambora spent a week at the UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles.

And you know who else is hanging at the Lodge…that’s right Lindsay Lohan. Hmmm…Richie Sambora around an attractive actress and Lindsay Lohan around a musician. Sounds like a recipe for sobriety and chastity to me.

The Britney vs. Kevin fight for the kiddies isn’t the only custody battle brewing in Hollywood. Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards are still swinging in their demolition derby courtroom brawl. Seriously, how long has this been going on? Aren’t those girls in college yet?

“[Denise] believes that Charlie has significant personal issues which he has failed to address and which require her to take action to protect her children,” says lawyer Neal Raymond Hersh. “This is not a vindictive action. Any responsible parent in Denise’s shoes would go to the ends of the Earth to protect her children.”

But in papers obtained by Access Hollywood, Richards accuses Sheen of “inappropriate behavior … and conduct,” including “his attraction to underage women and his sexual explicitness on the Internet, including revealing his private parts.” Richards seeks to stop Sheen’s overnight privileges with their daughters.

Damn girl, you might as well have called the guy a pedophile. That’s harsh. Sounds like Denise has some serious issues of her own to deal with…bitter ex-wife issues.

Now the Denise Richards vs. Charlie Sheen custody fight is getting interesting. Charlie just filed papers in Los Angeles County Superior Court asking for a better visitation deal. Essentially, he wants unsupervised visits with his kids and added that his new fiancee Brooke Mueller just loves the girls…which I’m pretty sure translates to “kiss my ass Denise, I’m getting remarried and your rebound dude dumped you.”

TMZ has the info from the court papers:

Sheen alleges recently, Richards “has repeatedly made unnecessary telephone calls to me and to my home. These calls have resulted in disputes between us.” Sheen wants the court to 86 all non-emergency calls. He’s also asking for extended visitation — he’d like to pick the two kids Saturday morning and return them on Monday every third and fifth weekend of each month.

And to make this story even more fun, Charlie talked to Entertainment Tonight about the custody battle and added that Denise asked for some of his sperm so she could make another kidlet. How’s that for alimony! Here’s his totally awesome commnet:

“I’m good enough to provide DNA but I’m not good enough to hire my own child care provider?”

Denise’s peeps deny the story of course, but who cares? I’m loving me some Charlie Sheen right now.

Hardly famous anymore blondes Denise Richards and Pamela Anderson are paying off the photogs they beat down during the filming of their “where is that movie anyway” film Blonde and Blonder. If you remember, Denise and Pam went totally ape shi** when they spotted these paps taking photos of them.

In legal documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court and obtained by TMZ, Scott Cosman and Rik Fedyck agreed to drop their lawsuit against the ladies, in exchange for a confidential settlement. The two guys claimed they had “nightmares,” after Richards called them “f**king c**ksucker at least 12-15 times as well as scumbags, douche bags and paparazzi scum.”

In addition to swearing like a sailor whose shorts are too tight, Denise reportedly also tossed a lap top off a hotel balcony and squashed some old lady in a wheelchair. No word on what the geezer might get from the crazy celebrity apology fund.

Not that anyone still cares about the Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards divorce debacle, but here’s the latest. Charlie is reportedly taking Denise back to court to get a better custody deal. Right now he only gets supervised visits with their two girls, Lola and Sam. Denise of course isn’t having it.

“She’s doing everything she can to keep his visits supervised by her nanny, because her nanny spies for her,” one Sheen pal said.

And I’m sure it’s just a coincidence that Denise is getting all pissy now that Charlie is engaged to a new chick and Denise’s rocker relationship with Richie Sambora went down the tubes.

So Denise Richards must be desperate for attention now that her divorce is old news and her relationship with Richie Sambora is over. Anyway, here’s Denise barely clinging to stardom by posing (a little too hard) in a bikini.

I don’t have anything against Denise, but these pics just seem totally unnecessary to life. Sure she looks good, but so do those cookies on my kitchen counter and you don’t see me dressing them up in a bikini and snapping away.

In the great public divorce debacle that was the implosion of Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen’s marriage…Charlie Sheen won. Denise may have taken the initial lead with the gambling and porn watching charges and the hook up with an aging rock star, but Charlie has been quietly dating Brooke Mueller for over a year and now they’re getting hitched. So while Charlie gets the rebound prize, Denise is trying to play nice.

I am so over that whole Heather Locklear dumped Richie Sambora who then hooked up with Heather’s BFF Denise Richards who ditched her hubby Charlie Sheen to lock lips with Sambora which pissed off Heather who then reportedly cozied up to pocket pal David Spade in what can only be called the worst rebound idea ever.

Anyway, the only couple left in that love trapazoid has gone kaput. US Magazine has the scoop:

“They broke up two months ago, back in March, but they have remained close friends.” When asked what caused the breakup, the rep answered: “Timing.”

Hmmm…don’t care. Not even a little bit. Let me know when charlie Sheen starts dating David Spade, then I’ll take an interest again.

Denise Richards and Pamela Anderson have more in common than just very public divorce disasters. The two actresses, and my apologies to Helen Mirren and Jodi Foster for lumping Pam and Denise in the same cateogry as you, are being sued by two bitter photographers over a spat in Vancouver when the cleavage twins were filming Blonde and Blonder.

According to court papers filed Friday March 23 in Los Angeles Superior Court, the photographers, Rik Fedyck and Scott Cosman, say that while they were paid guests at a Vancouver hotel in November 2006, Richards “became enraged” and “stormed up” to them calling them filthy names and “scumbags.” Richards then hit both photographers, grabbed their laptops and threw the computers off a balcony into the hotel lobby, destroying them.

Let’s not over-react to the whole laptop tossing thing. Denise was probably borrowing their computers to download her horoscope or buy a copy of “Why You Shouldn’t Have Married Him” from amazon and when the stupid computers froze Denise just did what we have all seriously considered doing…she chucked the evil things off a balcony. I’ll bet that was a satisfying thump.

When it comes to super rebounders Denise Richards and Richie Sambora, Jon Bon Jovi is not a fan. The rock star is making his feelings towards Yoko…sorry Denise very clear.

I grew up worshipping Jon Bon Jovi (yes, I was that girl) so as far as I’m concerned Denise should hit the bricks. I don’t care how pop Jon has gone, I’d still toss my panties on stage for him.

Is she or isn’t she? That is the burning question in these Denise Richards pictures. Is she putting on suncreen or is she snorting booger candy?

Me, I’m going with the sunscreen theory. Not because I have any love for Denise Richards, and sure, she could be a coke head, I’m not debating that. But she isn’t doing a line here, and I can prove it.

Clearly, Richie Sambora couldn’t care less about what Denise is up to and there’s your proof. The man is a rock star. If there were drugs around he’d be the first nose up to the vial. It’s in the rock star code of ethics. Apparently getting fat and pasty is ok, too.

Note to self, if I ever have two children and one day get the urge to flash my lower lips…reconsider. Note to Denise Richards, get a bigger swim suit, or keep your legs together. You know, I didn’t really get it when Richie and Heather Locklear got married and I don’t really get this one either. All I can say is that the best way to get hot women is to be a rockstar. Because without the guitar and the money, Richie wouldn’t even be able to park Denise’s car.

Two of the four people (or five if you count David Spade) involved in the Locklear/Sambora/Richards/Sheen divorce circus may be getting married soon. Rumors has it that Denise Richards and Richie Sambora are planning to pledge their undying love in Italy this summer.

Before I say good night, I want to share with you guys the latest pictures of Denise Richards, at the Canadian set of Blonde and Blonder, the movie she is filming with Pamela Anderson, and that reportedly caused the latter to miscarry.

I always thought that Richards was kind of pretty, but she looks weird in these pictures. It could be the wig… or the poison running thru her veins that is making her look old and bitter.

Denise Richards is so sick of the paparazzi, that just yesterday, while on the set of her new movie Blonde and Blonder, in Canada, she attacked two photographers. Richards approached them and threw their laptops off the balcony of the hotel, which ended up striking "an 80-year-old women in a wheelchair. It struck her in the arm. She was not interested in pursuing criminal charges and suffered only minor injuries."

Of course, the old lady didn’t file charges because she is from Canada… try doing that in the US, and you’ll see what happens!

Life & Style reports that Denise Richards and Richie Sambora, the ex Bon Jovi member, are engaged. From L&S’s article:

"While Denise’s rep was not immediately available for comment, these exclusive photos show her $100,000, 9.5 carat ring, which, according to an insider, Richie presented to her on Sept. 2. They were on their way to the Staples Center [in LA] to see the fights,” says the insider. “He got down on one knee in the back of the limo.”

Although a rep for Denise Richards and Richie Sambora is denying a report that he proposed to Richards on September 2.The story goes that he asked her to marry him presenting her with a $100,000 9.5 carat ring (the same one that she’s been wearing on her right hand).

If it’s true, let’s all hope that she doesn’t turn into a royal bitch with this new guy, as she did with Charlie Sheen.
