Donald Trump
Donald Keeps After Rosie…Does Anyone Still Care?
Just like his buildings and his hair, Donald Trump may be taking this Roise O’Donnel feud a bit too far. Proving that he doesn’t know when to quit, The Donald is dragging Barbara Walters into his overexposed anti-Rosie campaign. From TMZ: Donald Trump says that Barbara Walters called Rosie O’Donnell a “pig” in a phone conversation and that “she won’t be [at “The View”] for long.” This was entertaining for a day or so, but time’s up. Donald got his free publicity for the debut of The Apprentice (don’t tell me that thought never crossed his calculating mind). Ok, the show’s on, people watched…not me, but other people I’m sure. Now give it a rest already. He has been so obnoxious lately that Roise O’Donnell is starting to look like the classy one. And that takes work, my friends. |

Rosie and Donald Round Two
The Rosie and Donald feud has gone to the next level…blogs. At least the battle between these two annoying voices has gone to the written word so I don’t have to listen to either of them anymore. Fingernails on a chalkboard people…both of them. People reports: O’Donnell said on The View she would give her reaction to the whole situation - then simply looked at the camera and grimaced. But she clearly had more to say. Her blog posting describes “beauty pageants/where women were paraded around/judged valuable or not/by old white men/it is always old white men.” She continues: “Remember the seventies/a young girl in nyc/meets a pimp/he cons her into a life of illusion/she works for him.” In response, Trump told the New York Post, “Rosie got mentally beaten up by me, because she’s a mental midget, a low-life. I think she’s got a death wish. It’s too bad a degenerate is able to get away with things like that.” I have a compromise. Put them both in the Miss America pageant. Donald would get to know what it feels like to be treated like a piece of meat and Rosie would get to understand what it feels like to be a woman. |

Donald vs. Rosie
The battle between Donald Trump and Rosie O’Donnell is escalating and the insults are flying. It’s always fun to see The Donald lose his cool and since The Apprentice hasn’t been around to watch lately, seeing Donald rip into Rosie is like a heroin fix for me. In case you have missed the unfolding feud, here’s a quick recap. Miss USA started acting like a tramp and Donald (who owns her ass) refused to fire her. They held a joint press conference where they were tears and apologies and exile to rehab. On The View Wednesday morning, Rosie decided to share her self-righteous wisdom with the world and slammed Donald Trump. Donald fired back calling Rosie “disgusting” and “a slob” and said that she “talks like a truck driver.” Now Donald is threatening to sue Rosie over her statements regarding his financial status. Why wouldn’t he? A lawsuit is like a party game to this guy. So where is Celebrity Boxing when you really need it? Donald is tough, but Rosie is a blue collar lesbo. It would get bloody. Personally, I don’t care how they hash it out, as long as I get to watch. And if Rosie O’Donnell gets punched in the face a few times that would just be a bonus. |

Donald Trump made me think
"I know a lot of men who are perfectly happy being single. They have every excuse in the world why they’re not ready to get married. I thought I had heard everything until I read why Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie say they won’t be tying the knot anytime soon. In an interview in the current issue of Esquire magazine, Brad said he and Angelina won’t consider getting married until - quote - "everyone else in the country who wants to be married is legally able." Obviously, Brad is trying to be a social activist and make a point about dropping the restrictions on who is allowed to get married and who isn’t in this country. Or at least that’s what he wants people to think. Maybe he’s just come up with an excellent way to stay a bachelor. It makes him look really concerned about the plight of other people. Yet at the same time, he doesn’t have to get married. This guy is smarter than I thought." My question is not about what Donald wrote, but about Brad’s reasons… How come it is nowadays a more serious decision to get married than to make a baby? Is that the kind of respect for life that these people have? |
