Larry Birkhead may have his meal ticket baby girl back, but he’s still got a fight on his hands. Brikhead’s former lawyer Debra Opri is harping on Dannielynn’s highlighted daddy over a ridiculously huge bill for her lawyering services. And now the two pseudo-celebs are taking their bickering to the tube.

Opri appeared via telephone on “The Big Story with John Gibson” and went wild, lashing out at Larry Birkhead, claiming he has publicly smeared her and has destroyed her “good name.” Opri claimed she got Birk the baby and made him popular and she deserves to be paid.

Then Larry fired back on Larry King (also from TMZ):

“It’s kind of like one of those Freddy Krueger movies when you try to get rid of somebody and they keep coming back,” Birkhead said of Opri when asked about her lawsuit against him.

These two just need to knock boots and get it over with. It looks like Opri got a taste of the spotlight and now she can’t live without her daily microphone fix. Of course if Larry keeps cashing in on these Dannielynn photo ops, he can buy Opri’s law firm and transfer her to BF Alaska where her only legal job will be trying to sue the guy who let his reindeer loose in town.

Larry Birkhead. The highlighted photographer who has said from the start that his sperm swam the fastest has been vindicated. DNA results on Anna Nicole Smith’s baby daughter Dannielynn have shown that Larry and not Howard K. Stern is the baby’s daddy.

An emotional Larry Birkhead thanked the crowd after Dr. Michael Baird released the DNA results to the judge. The probability of paternity is 99.9999%. Baird said, “essentially he is the biological father.”

Stern said he’d like the transition to be “gradual” so the baby can adjust.

And so Howie can adjust to the idea of being poor. Say bye-bye, baby.
