She told TMZ, “I got some New Year’s celebrating to do.”

This comes just heels on her release day that happened due to overcrowded prisons. What a total freaking hottie. I freaking love her now. I love the fact that she isn’t a quitter, she proves now that she can hang with the big boys.

Man I really want to take her to hooters for some football, wings and pitchers. She is so much awesomeness I can hardly take it. Somewhere some guy is going to be really lucky. Or maybe a lot of guys will be really lucky. At the same time.

Michelle is just one of the guys, only better, because you can bang her.

Looks like Michelle is riding in the backseat here, good for her. No more DUI’s, just strange dudes giving her rides home from this point forward.

Michelle Rodriguez released, jail too crowded

Michelle Rodriguez, best known for her role on Lost, is now found. And by found, I mean free. Like a bird. Mostly because the sheriff says there are too many birds.

TMZ says, Law enforcement sources say the Sheriff felt he had to treat Rodriguez the way he treats every other female inmate. Because of severe overcrowding, the standard is to release everyone after they serve 10% of their time. Even though the judge drew the line in the sand and demanded the full nine yards, the Sheriff felt equality was more important.

Seeing this same sheriff made similar decisions with Paris and Nicole, one has to wonder if this guy’s angle is paying off. I have to say, this is a pretty unique way to try and land some tail. Good for him I suppose. Drinks at Les Deux are pretty damn expensive these days.

Michelle Rodriguez in Trouble Again

Tough girl Michelle Rodriguez is back in trouble with the law. Los Angeles prosecutors are claiming that the Lost star has violated her probation for a whole bunch of vehicular no-no’s and they want her back in front of the judge.

From TMZ:

TMZ has obtained documents, filed Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, in which the City Attorney says Rodriguez, who starred in “Lost,” has repeatedly failed to complete the terms of her probation for a variety of crimes, including hit and run, driving with a suspended license and DUI. According to the documents, Rodriguez violated her probation numerous times by not performing community service and not following her alcohol monitoring program. The judge in the case has ruled several times that she did indeed violate her probation.

How do you not follow the “program” for the booze buzzer on your ankle? I didn’t realize it was an optional accessory. Isn’t that thing locked on?

But you know, of all the celebs who have faced jail recently, I think Michelle is the only one who wouldn’t pee her thong when she hit the yard.

Michelle Rodriguez Can Dress You

Michelle Rodriguez may have been outed against her will, but she’s embracing the lesbo limelight and her gal pal as well. The Lost star is not only flahsing her love for the ladies, she’s also planning to launch her own clothing line. Wow…tank tops and boots anyone?

From USA Today:

[S]he says that she hopes to emphasize global awareness by integrating various cultures into the clothing line she plans to launch, which she plans to name Ishkadada. To prepare, she plans on visiting a dozen or so countries all over the world, with the aim to “study people, social classes, history, culture,” which the actress announced on the Sony channel’s “It’s Midday in China” program, which aired in Latin America earlier in the week.

Seriously, can she find militant lesbian chic in third world countries?

File this item under less than shocking. Lost star Michelle Rodriguez has outed herself. Rumors of her preference for tacos over hot dogs have followed her for a long time, but Michelle has finally made it official. She talks to Curves Magazine about her sexuality and her relationship with actress Kristanna Loken.

Even though Loken wouldn’t specify the name or gender of her lover, she came with the following answer when asked about her involvement with Michelle Rodriguez on the set of the film BloodRayne, “There is the $64,000 question. Um…I don’t even know how to answer that.”

So the butch girl is in fact a butch girl. Well I’m glad I can put that great mystery out of my head.

Michelle Rodriguez Shows Off Her Court Ordered Accessory

Lost star Michelle Rodriguez was spotted at the Marc Jacobs show during Fashion Week in New York wearing an alcohol monitoring ankle bracelet. Nope, not kidding. The court ordered anklet samples perspiration and tests it for alcohol.

You know, if you have to wear a portable prison on your ankle, you should at least try to to make it match the rest of your outfit. White dress (ugly white dress) with a black ankle cuff…so tacky. Of course her “Orwell” political statement on the ankle thing almost makes up for the fashion flaws. Who doesn’t love Big Brother?
