Hot, and slightly freaky, actress Rose McGowan has admitted that she had plastic surgery after being in a car accident that could have left her nearly albino face scarred.

From The New York Post:

ROSE McGowan , a star of upcoming gore-fest “Grindhouse,” had a gory experience of her own a few weeks ago - but it could have been worse. McGowan was a passenger in a car that collided with another, and the accident pushed her eyeglasses into her face. “I didn’t realize I was hurt until I put my hand to my face and felt the flap of skin. My glasses had sliced me under my eye,” the gorgeous actress tells us. She was terrified of scarring, but found an excellent plastic surgeon.

I don’t know if plastic surgery was the way to go. Rose could have totally worked the scar. Seriously, you know this girl is into all kinds of weird shit. Anyway, here are some pics of scar-free Rose and co-star Rosario Dawson at the ShoWest Conference.

Rosario Dawson and former Sex and the City star Jason Lewis have broken up, after dating for over two years. According to Us Weekly:

"[Rosario] was telling people a few weeks ago that they’re over. She’s really upset".

The magazine also adds that Rosario has said:

"Every time we go to a party, Jason is soon surrounded by a group of women of all ages,” she said. "They openly put their hands all over him - even between his legs - and ask him out. I am sitting there alongside him, watching all this. (…) Even I have been surprised by their behavior. Yet I always think it is impossible to shock me."
