Yeah, that’s Steve Guttenberg, famous for his role in Police Academy. I know, I know, how did the paps recognize him walking down the streets of NYC. Well, they did, and I assure you, the regret in doing so matches the absolute comedic value. Talk about being a total disaster, what the hell is this guy doing? Is this what rock bottom looks like? I mean, outside of Amy Winehouse.
