Hey, there’s another custody fight in Celebrity Land. Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston are still going to legal blows over who gets to keep their 14 year old daughter Bobbi Kristina.

Bobby says: “I did all I could to see my daughter … I also paid approximately $10,000 for Whitney and Bobbi Kris to live in a nice hotel while Whitney was going through rehab … I basically lived out of my car.”

And Whitney says: “Bobby is going to try to get child or spousal support from me … Bobby is fully capable of working and earning substantial sums of money if he would control [his] personal behavior.”

So the decision is between an ex (we think) addict or a homeless former famous guy. I’m waiting for the judge to ask the kid who she wants to live with and she says “Britney Spears.” Can you blame her?

Bobby Brown is taking ex-wife Whitney Houston to court. And it isn’t even about money…yet. Bad boy Bobby says he wants custody of their daughter Bobbi Kristina.

In court documents filed in Orange County [last week], Brown explains that he was just too screwed up after the breakup to properly handle a custody battle. “After Whitney and I separated, I had nowhere to go and very little money to live on. I was, for all intents and purposes, homeless.” That’s why he failed to respond to Whitney’s petition for custody in time, and why she was ultimately deemed the primary parent.

So his big arguement for why he should get custody of their child is that he was mentally unstable and homeless. Interesting strategy. I think I’ll make this number 1 on my “no way in hell” list.

Those rappers who named Karrine Steffans "Supahead" did it for a reason… This chick must be able to suck a basketball thru a garden hose, because she has achieved what nobody could in 16 years: to break Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown’s marriage.

According to the New York Daily News, Brown has been staying at Steffans’ Beverly Hills home since Houston served him with divorce papers. "It’s not like Bobby didn’t see this coming," says a Brown pal. "He and Whitney hadn’t been living together for months."

Despite the evidence, Steffans said: "I’m not a home-wrecker … I can’t break up a 16-year marriage in a few months. I’m not that super."

Whitney Houston’s rep has confirmed to The Associated Press that the singer has filed for divorce after 14 years of marriage. Although the rep declined to reveal where or when Houston filed, she said:

"I can just confirm that she has filed for divorce."

In the meantime, all that Bobby Brown’s lawyer had to say was that indeed, Whitney filed papers for a legal separation.

Of course, there is no need to wonder why. If you’ve been reading this blog’s articles, you know that the reason is called Karrine Steffans.

Karrine Steffans, the author of best seller "Confessions of a Video Vixen," which describes the sexual traits of Usher, Diddy, Vin Diesel, Shaquille O’Neal and Ja Rule, among others, is now dedicating her attention to Bobby Brown, Whitney Houston’s husband.

When asked about it, Karrine told the Daily News:

"It’s a really tricky situation. He is my dearest friend. But I’m not saying it’s romantic. We won’t know what it is till we’re ready. There’s a wife and children involved, I don’t want to wreck any marriages. But if a marriage is already wrecked, that’s not my fault."
