The extension arouse from a hearing that should have taken place this week, to determine which custody arrangement would best for their daughters. Both spouses have requested custody of the girls: Sheen has petitioned for joint custody, while Richards has asked for sole, alleging that her husband was verbally and physically abusive, and has been hooked on prescription drugs, pornography and gambling, claims that Sheen has vehemently denied. |
