Heidi Montag of The Hills apparently got confused and thought the parking lot outside of Koi was an audition for America’s next Dumb Blonde. You can bet your life savings that she would be a top candidate to win, which is saying a lot for Southern California. Apparently she is trying to sell albums. I kind of equate this along the same lines as Sigfried and Roy trying to sell tickets to a petting zoo.
