There already fake reality show is now pretending that we believe the show is real.
“Spencer and I have really had our ups and downs this past year,” Montag tells Us. “I’ve definitely been betrayed by friends before, but I’ve never had a boyfriend do this to me.”
She adds, “Spencer and I may differ on what it means to cheat.”
The worst part about all of this is that people will buy into this marketing and believe it to be reality. It amazes me that MTV has gotten away with this for as long as they have. I realize that MTV has been doig this with the plotlines for a while now, but now it seems like they honestly think the general public is stupid. Scratch that. I too believe that the general public is stupid; just not this stupid. This is totally ridiculous. I can’t wait to see the other girl and find out what Spencer’s definition of “cheat” is. It sure as hell better be him with a hooker in a dirty motel room. Because if this whole cheating debacle turns out to be him talking about his feelings, I may ban them both from the blog.
