Flatter than a Kansas wheatfield, Lindsay Lohan struck a pose out on a boat in Cannes this weekend. I don’t know if Lindsay has any movies at the festival, she is probably just socialiting about town, but she does need to go get some fake boobage or keep those babies stuffed.
