Just in case you were wondering what all happened with Paris Hilton’s DUI from last month, she has now been officially charged. If found guilty she may get a $1,000 fine or up to 6 months in jail. Neither one of the two would be all that bad. The $1K wouldn’t even affect her, and the 6 months away would not affect us at all. It may actually be a good thing.
Unfortunately, we can’t get justice in this world:
"I’d be very surpised if she does any jailtime," says Lawrence Taylor, an L.A.-based attorney with 30 years experience handling DUI cases. "If she pleads guilty, she’d likely pay a fine, attend DUI school and be on probation for three years."
