You obviously know little about fashion. Not having boobs is almost a pre-requisite to be a catwalk model. The vast majority of women that skinny don’t have boobs, unless they are fake in which case they look like a stripper not a cat walk model. Fashion designers aren’t generally into silicone, well the good ones anyways!
