Don’t be dirty minded! I mean from Australia, where he was awarded the "Celebrity Ernie Award" for the worst derogatory public statement. The comment is question was: "I’ve got Katie tucked away so no one will get to us until my child is born." The problem is, he never said it, and now Tom’s rep has said: "Tom’s comments that they have attributed to him are completely fabricated. Anyone who knows him knows that he is a complete gentleman and would never ever say such a thing. … He has the utmost respect for women." (except for Brooke Shields, but that’s another story). Even if he said it, I don’t think is derogatory at all… trust me, I’ve heard a lot worse in Hollywood. But I guess those Australian ladies had nothing better to do. |
