What exactly did the doctor fill Victoria Beckham’s boobs with when he did her implants? Of course we can’t ask him because the man has probably been recruited by NASA to work on indestructible materials for the space shuttle. I’m suprised her nipples don’t need to be registered as deadly weapons. In these pics Posh even remembered to wear a bra, but it still isn’t enough to contain her robo-nips.
